Dear all,This statemetn from Mr.Pranab is right.But as per 123 agreement USA restricted the use of thorium .Keep in mind thorium is our natural resourse..they don't any wrights to restrict the our growth with our natural resources.....Also once v signed the agreement v can't do any atomic test like pocran for another 40 yrs...the deal all about our freedom....Let congress prove that there is no uranium available in india...also whether they did any R&D to produce the power other resources....without doing anything just like v can't simply sign this deal....
